My name is Justin Yong.

I started my legal career in private practice in Sydney before joining the Bank of China’s Sydney Branch as in-house counsel. This was followed by various appointments in Hong Kong and Singapore, where I had the privilege of advising major financial institutions on banking and finance law, regulatory compliance, and AML matters.

In late 2023, after obtaining an unrestricted practising certificate in Victoria, I returned to Melbourne as Special Counsel with several leading commercial law firms and legal service providers before founding 1AHC, a Melbourne-based commercial and property law practice providing strategic and practical legal solutions to clients and businesses.
